The World Launched in 2002. The ship is the largest privately owned residential yacht on earth. My contribution to the art commissions onboard are the art work on the pool deck.
The end walls on each side of the main pool communicate in the axes of the turquoise pool mosaics. The walls are covered with 3 mm stainless aluminum boards 375x200 cm and 300x200 cm. The works are produced and sealed with Lascaux primer, paint and varnish.
The blue work is named – peel me a grape – and the red/pink has the title – pool pink construction –.
